Good day,
The problem with your machine is the coils mounted on top of the gas valve are partially shorted. Starting from cold, they are capable of opening the gas valve, but when hot from a running cycle, they are not capable of getting the valve to re-open.
They are 2 small black coils mounted on top of the gas valve, and are easy to replace. 2 wire plugs and a bracket holding the coils in place.
A very common problem, the coil kit (2 coils) are available at any decent sized appliance parts house.

P.S. To access the gas valve, you will need to do it from the front. Remove the lint filter. Remove the 2 screws under where the lint filter set. You need to pop up the top lid.
Using a screw driver pry up each corner of the lid, and gently tilt it away from you.
Remove the 2 screws holding the front panel at the top, remove the wires to the door switch, and lift the front off.
The gas valve will be on the bottom left of the cabinet.

My Maytag gas dryer, Model No, LDG7500AAW will run but not heat. The igniter glows red, but the gas will not flow. What might be wrong?

Replace the 2 burner coils ,if the igniter keeps cycling trying to start the flame. If it doesn't replace the flame sensor mounted on the side of the burner tube.

Dryer Model DE306 has stopped heating

First thing to check is the ignitor underneath the drum. (You have to open the panel to see it) It should glow shortly after the dryer starts, then the flame starts and the ignitor shuts off. If the ignitor does not glow then it or the thermostat is bad. If the ignitor is glowing but the gas does not light then the flame sensor may have to be replaced. If the gas ignites but does not stay on either the flame sensor or the coils are at fault.

How do you light pilot light?

Dryer does not have pilot light.  There is an ignitor that glows when the dryer is started and lights the flame when the gas begins to flow.  With the front of the dryer off start it up and look for the glow. when it glows hot enough (or on a newer model it might be a spark) the gas should ignite.  When the flame sensor sees that the gas is ignited it shuts off the ignitor and keeps the gas valve open until the temperature sensor gets high and shuts it off.  When the temp sensor cools down the cycle repeats.
If no glow or spark-->bad ignitor If no gas flow-->bad flame sensor or bad gas valve coil If gas comes on and goes off quickly-->lint filter and/or vent pipe or outlet may be clogged or bad flame sensor.

Appliance rewiring wiring WIRLPOOL ULTIMATE CARE II

The Whirlpool Ultimate Care II cannot be outfitted for a standard 115 VAC wall outlet. Your dryer is a 220 VAC appliance. It needs to have it own dedicated 30 amp, 220 VAC circuit with the proper outlet and power cord installed. The dryer heating circuits and timer will not run on 115 VAC. I think you need to reconsider what you are about to do...
