You may have the effects of spyware or malware.
I'd suggest to use System Restore to restore your system to an earlier time.
Boot your system to Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly). Go to System Restore and choose a date when your system worked OK. Note: with System Restore, everything, including your documents and other files you saved on the hard drive, will roll back to that date.
