Is the spark plug wire on my C430 4 cycle RYOBY string trimmer replaceable & if so, where can I get the part and how can it be removed?

The spark plug wire is part of the igniter assembly (ignition coil). Get the part either on ebay or a ryobi repair outlet.

I can't get both sides of my weedeater restring right so it can pop out when i hit i t on the ground

Make sure you are winding the string in the correct direction. Check the spool for arrows, as centrifugal force is what feeds the string out the holes.

Hi i have a Ryobi c430 weedeater, what petrol do i use in it?. is it 2 stroke or a 4 stroke motor? i dont have the manual for it. thankyou

This is a 4-Stroke model. Just use regular unleaded gas in it. Here is a viewable manual of models like yours.
