Your going to need to check the programming on the router make sure you have the right SSID and encryption keys if your using them on both router and PC. You might just need to reset your modem... but check programming for sure.

If you ge here to DLINK the support section can walk you through it.

Getting kicked out of internet

Try resetting your router by unplugging it and leaving for a few minutes before plugging back in. Let it completely reboot and try to connect again.

If there is a reset switch on the router you could try that also, but that will return the router to factory settings, so you will need to know your ISP user name and password to reconnect.
Hold the reset switch in for approx 10secs, until all router lights go out and then release.

Everything was finewith wireless until we pluggd ethernet cord into back of siemens for xbox 360 now computer (wireess) doesnt work upstairs help

check what cable you plugged into the xbox...and be sure is not the main internet cord that it supposed to be in the wlan port of the router ...and get a cable from one of the router's LAN port into the xbox..and leave the main one into the wlan ..this way you will have wireless ...if the configuration on cables is ok ...get into the settings of the router from the admin computer the settings were made in the first place ....and see whats wrong with the wireless settings ..they may be disabled by mistake ..or another odd reason ...and enable the wireless transmitting again ..

My wireless is not working but the lan plugged in does, it was working fine then nothing, tried resetting in the back , left it unplugged all night, cant pull up the settings says error loading page

You don't have a cordless phone being used nearby do you. Many of them transmit on the same frequency as a wifi router and will kick the wifi off every time.

Make sure router transmit is set ON and at High power. Reboot to see if it appears. If not try a complete factory reset.

Problems with our wireless devices connecting to the netgear

Do you have a cordless phone in the area transmitting at 2.4megahertz?
If you do, that is what is breaking your connection. I found this out by accident.

Wrt54gs router works on wired desktop, and wirelessly on laptop but not older laptop. if I plug in ethernet, I get internet just can't get wireless to work.

could be that the router is transmitting G or N but the old laptop is only B.
Router needs to be set to transmit B as well as G/N but be aware that this affects the performance of the newer laptop. It won't affect the desktop though.

My laptop kicks everybody else off of the wireless router including the main desktop which is hard wired to the router.

Perhaps its using its own address that is forcing the other computers to lose theirs. Under its network settings, make sure its set to DHCP. This means it will get an auto-IPadress from the router and not use its own one.

Need to add Linksys WRT54G-TM wireless router with Linksys SPA 2102 phone adapter

your SPA2102-R seems to have one ethernet connection and one internet connection.
your WRT54G-TM seems to have one internet connection and 4 ethernet connections.

What you are trying to achive is; plug a ethernet cable into the ethernet connection on your SPA2102-R then plug the other end into the internet port of the WRT54G-TM

hope this helps, I have assumed that you intend to use a DSL broadband supplier not ADSL.

if you are changing service from DSL to ADSL then your WRT54G-TM needs to be first in line configured and working. then plug the internet port from the SPA2102-R into any of the WRT54G-TM ethernet ports.
