Every time I download a video it stops every few seconds

The cause of your problem is simple: your "cache"
memory & "temporary internet files" are nearly full.
This is especially true if you've been watching lots
of videos or playing a lot of games/music.

If you are experiencing either: A) slugglish loading
and buffering, B) "choppy" videos which frequently
start/stop/start/stop, C) the YouTube dotted circle
looking like it might spin for ever, or D) videos that
will sometimes come to a sudden "stop" or freeze,
that is often a sign that your cache/memory is full
and cannot take anymore.

Exit out of YouTube (but not your browser) and do
one of the steps below. Afterwards, shutdown and
reboot. Not only will this "free up" your computer's
memory, everything will be "fresh", and load faster:

Internet Explorer 6:
→ Tools → Internet Options
→ Delete Cookies → OK
→ Delete Files → OK
→ Clear History → Yes
→ OK

Internet Explorer 7:
→ Tools → Internet Options → Delete...
→ Delete files → Yes
→ Delete cookies → OK
→ Delete history → OK
→ Close (browsing history window)
→ OK

Internet Explorer 8:
→ Tools → Delete Browsing History
[. ] Preserve Favorites (leave blank)
[x] Temporary Internet files
[x] Cookies
[x] History
→ Delete

Mozilla Firefox 3:
→ Tools → Clear Private Data
[x] Browsing History
[x] Download History
[x] Saved Form and Search History
[x] Cache
[x] Cookies
→ Clear Private Data Now
Google Chrome:
→ Tools (wrench) → Clear browsing data...
[x] Clear browsing history
[x] Clear download history
[x] Empty the cache
[x] Delete cookies
Clear data from this period: → Everything
→ Clear Browsing Data

Please rate me if this solution works for you

Thanks......Have a great time.

I am keep getting error of '' can not find server or DNS error''.. But i am fully connected to wireless interenet through NETGEAR.

This error means there is no communication with DNS server which can be because of corrupt dns cache. This fairly common in xp but is easy to fix. Now since you are saying you are connected wireless this might be nic card message. Try to disable LAN driver from network connections in xp or network and sharing center in vista and windows 7 and see does it still give you the error. If there is no error you can leave it disabled but if still there you should only be able to connect to internet via IP address but not name like google.com. Try to open command prompt and run command ipconfig /flushdns. In vista you have to run CMD.exe as adminisrator by doing right click other wise it wont do it. Hope this helps.

Open DNS is troubles me when important downloading it is block that sites pl.give me solution to delete or remove the Open DNS

No.1 : If you are on corporate/company LAN, there's nothing much you can do unless you are the system/network administrator. If you are then make the necessary changes in the software at the server level( where open dns and proxy is hosted for access). But beware of your corporate security policies.

No.2 If you are at home or if you have your own internet connection, uninstall or disable open dns and point your system/laptop direcltly to the DNS servers provided by your ISP
