Question about Samsung Cell Phones
This does not sound good. However, few basic steps that might help :-
1. Pull out the battery.
2. Clean the connectors.
3. Wait for 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Insert the battery
5. try again
If that would not help, you need to check Battery. The procedure to check battery is :-
Other than this, make sure that the charger is working. I know, but i have seen a couple of times charger being at fault.
If you follow till now and yet have not found the fault, it is an issue with phone. Most of the times, due to charger, Power Supply IC could be blown.I know because i have repaired a bunch of brands.Firmware problems are very less on these sets. More often it is blown IC or bad circuitry.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
