Windows won't start on Tablet PC

Everything on my computer worked fine this morning but now it just keep restarting - but can't start Windows. It says a recent hardware or software change may have caused this. When it checked the disks it found problems. Now it isn't checking the disk anymore. Just restarting, over and over.
