Have you replaced all three filters under the cowling?
1. Primary Filter (1st one in the Plastic Bowl)
Reference # 12 in "Prim Fuel" Image
2. Screen on the bottom of the Fuel pump-Inside the VST
Reference # 27 in "VST" image
3. Filter between the VST and the HPDI Pump
Reference # 19 in "VST" Image

Number 2 and 3 get overlooked often, and they are pricy, but they do need to be changed.
If that has been done, the problem most likely is in the fuel pumps
Reference # 24 in the "Prim Fuel" image.
The can be tested by removing them from the powerhead, DO NOT remove the fuel lines, just unbolt them from their mounting leaving the fuel lines attached. Then squeeze the primer bulb until firm. If fuel leaks from the center hole on the fuel pump, Replace them both.

Yamaha 200HP, HPDI lifts out of the water when shifting

sounds like something got put together backward . most motors will lift when put in reverse if not locked down . this is to prevent getting swamped by the rush of water going backward .

Hello, I have two yamaha 300 hpdi 2-strokes and the left one keeps dropping out to 2000rpms when im at wide open throttle for a while i have checked for faults in the ecu but none have been recorded and i...

Possible a pinched line...also run with cowling off to try to get it to stop. If it fixes it then you have an exhaust leak under the cowling that is choking it out.

4 stroke Yamaha 50HP -Runs rough at all throttle levels

If it has the old points system you will need to set the points also adjust the carburatior screw the screws all the way in and back out 2 1/2 turns then get it to run turn the air mixture screws till it runs smooth. you want it slightly lean then enrichen it slightly, afterword shut the engine down and look at the plugs if they are gray black they are ok. good luck.
