why don't you just switch to Firefox,. If you disable this program in IE you will likely prevent important updates. download it and see if this helps. you have nothing to lose.

Xbox 360 screen is predominantly yellow. Blue shows up, but red and green are non-existent. Also it freezes on Merc 2 when I try to go online. Any ideas?

This seems to be the next ROD issue. The video cards/chips on the XBOX360 seem to having the same issues as the CPU. In the ROD issue, the CPU heat sink is coming lose due to warping or other issues. The same thing is happening for the video. When it comes loose, you will lose some of your colors and/or all video. For me, mine turned green then later nothing. But I had sound still. The XBOX repair places should be able to fix it or there is a kit you can get online.

I have a bug in my microsoft outlook program. How

Hello,
I may have the solution for you. Effectively, if you repair the installation, or do a reinstall you will lose your E-mail. However since Outlook Express is a fixture in Windows OS, you can use it to create an E-mail account. Create the account exactly as OUTLOOK and import the E-mails in Outlook.
To do that press Menu File, Import submenu. You can import all that concerns Outlook.
Once your Outlook is repaired or reinstalled, do the same thing. It will ask you to import various things. Point it to Outlook Express and import your E-mails.
Hope it helps.

Red & green flashing lights

Microsoft knows this is a problem with the connection to the board from the power cable to the disk drive. They cannot repair soldered points to the board. neither can't anyone else. I have been loking for someone to repair mines. The point at which the power cable connects to the board is lose and disconnected at certain points. Pretty much if this is your problem you need a new console. If thats your problem.

I need a key code, can't find mine

If you have a legitimate copy of the software and have lost your key, you can go to Microsoft for a replacement. This page has information you may find useful. Otherwise there's nothing anyone here can do for you.
