Question about Coby MP-C582 MP3 Player
When I turn my coby mp3 player on, the led light immediately starts to flash and nothing plays. The player is relatively new. What could I do to fix it?
A fast light means a file error, meaning you loaded a protected WMA or iPod file (aac, mp4, m4a). reformat the player and load only compatable files. NOTE: songs from subscription services ($10 a month for unlimited songs, etc.) are protected. only songs from your cds or that you purchase individually will work

Make sure what your putting on is MP3 or unprotected WMA files. If the light is blinking, then it means its playing the song, if you hear nothing, the audio is not in the correct format.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
