Either your motor is bad or your belt or the pulley wheel is bad. Good luck!

Why does tumble dryer stop before clothes are dry

This is caused by a number of different factors. Possible slow spin speed from washer, overloading of the dryer which is governed by weight not volume, or if the dryer has more than one element, one may be faulty. Hope that helps.

How to assemble belt

Hello Denise, I have seen this problem many times. The sneakers by themselves in the dryer cause a shock effect , when the weight of the sneakers tumbling onto the drum overloads the skinny belt and the belt breaks every time. Usually. if you dry the sneakers along with other clothes or towels this will not happen.

What is the noise coming from my dryer?

your bearing is going out, basically there are two types , look on the back center of unit ad see if there's a bearing screw or something (actually the bearing screws in from the inside , but screws are visible ) this is a center bearing type, the other is a glide system front glides and rear rollers are what carries the drum weight i have seen rollers go out and the drum actually scraping a hole in the side of the cabinet.

Hotpoint condenser tumble dryer aquarius cdt00- wont dry

I am not familiar with this particular unit, but I have a condensing dryer (Malber) which pumps out the water by itself. I am guessing that your unit requires you to empty a bin manually. Even if the bin is empty, I think the unit thinks it needs to be emptied and that is why the dryer will not work to give you hot air. If you do have such a bin, it might have a weight switch which the unit uses to detect if the bin needs emptying. See if the weight switch is working. The same weight switch idea is used on dehumidifiers.
