RSS feeds are live bookmarks, which Web browser use to allow
you to play back video from video sharing websites such as YouTube, Google, and
Video.
Whenever you click an RSS feed, it links you to the original
video. While
web browsers allow you to add a number of RSS feeds, you can also remove the
ones that you no longer want to so as to help you organize your live bookmarks.
Launch Internet Explorer and click the Favorites button located on the top of
your browser. Right
click the gray toolbar if you do not see the Favorites button.
Click the Favorites Bar option.
You should see the Favorites button.
Click it.
Click the Feeds tab.
You should see a list of the RSS feeds downloaded on your
browser.
Right click the feed you want to remove and click Delete.
Repeat this same process to delete additional RSS feeds. Close
Favorites when you finish.

I installed this too.... I got it in a download for a screensaver. It is an RSS reader... you can either turn off the alerts if you right click and go to the preferences window and dig around a little in there or you can uninstall from Add/Remove programs.
I love reading peoples comments. The first discusses how to bookmark a page even though the initial question was clearly how to add an RSS feed. This is because the first person always rushes to respond without reading.
The second user actually gives a solution, but should have mentioned that at that time simply Chrome does not support RSS feed reader but through URL hacking it could be accomplished their the users solution.
Then of course the third response who always add I dont know anything about what you want, but I know other browser that does. Even though the original poster already mentioned he knew how to do it in Firefox, signifying he has another browser (better than Opera) that supports it but that he simply wanted to know how to do it in Chrome specifically.
People please read questions and only respond if you know the answer.
