Hi, My name is Jacob Rodriguez and i have a Sansa Sandisk View MP4 Player that has a badly broken screen. I got it not too long ago so i don't really want to buy a new one,its the 8gb model so i don't have enough to buy a new one. So i was hoping to find some people to help repair it. From the information that you provided it seems that you have a bad driver. Search for the driver online or use your installation disk (if it came with one). Either that or some how you have the player in the wrong USB mode. This can be changes under the settings or system mode. If you try this and it still doesn't work then let me know.

i have the same problem....i am currently trying to get mine fixed. Sandisk told me to take a picture of the broken mp3 player and send it to email@example.com, i have sent it to them 8 times within the past 2 months and they still said they have not recieved it. let me know if you find anything out...
