Question about Olevia LT37HVS 37 in. LCD HDTV
There are so many variables about how the TV is hooked up. It could be hooked straight up to cable or a cable box, satellite receiver,or antenna. The point is it's not hard to reprogram if you know how it's hooked up. If you did wipe out the channels it should not be a big deal to set them back up.

but if you are talking about flashes on the t.v then it is due to sparking is taking place in your plug & socket.
if it is ok then there is a sparking in high voltage section in tv which is called fly back section.
