I just tried calling the company....what a joke that was...anyway, there is a reset button on the bottom of the radio.....you can press the reset button with something like a paperclip. This should reset your settings and hopefully start to charge the iPod while docked.

Ipod wnt charge

Is the iPod's battery so low that it can't communicate with the computer? And what do you want to charge the iPod with? A wall-socket or with the USB If you have access to a wall charger, try to use that one. You could also ask a friend with an iPod if you can charge it in their charger. I had once that my batteries were so low it showed the "Connect to Power" screen and shut off due to inactivity, also if I tried to charge it in a dock. I tried to use another dock linked to an amplifier and it turned on immediately. Furthermore, what generation iPod are you using?

How do I charge my new iphone 16GB?

Your new iPhone comes with a USB cable and a wall charger in the box. If you don't have a computer, you can plug the wall charger to any socket in your house and connect your iPhone to the wall charger using the USB cable. However, if you have a computer, you can plug the USB cable to any USB slot from your computer and connect it to your iPhone.

You can also charge your device from any iPhone dock, or even those docks attached to your home theater system.

My Ipod Nano wont charge...

There may be a broken power cord that leads to the charger for the ipod in the nextplay dock. If there is only one broken wire leading to the charger or there is only something wrong with the actual charger in the dock itself, it will not affect any other part of the dock itself which allows the clock and other stuff to work like normal. Unless the one you still have is still under warranty, you will have to get another one.

Charger

Oh, well an iPod cannot live without a computer. The dock connector/data transfer cable is a charger itself. It will charge from the computer itself, and will transfer data also when connected and charging.
You can use a separately sold USB Wall Adapter from Apple to charge the iPod from a wall socket. The adapter has a slot to insert the USB Cable and it charges.

My Ipod Nano Wont Charge on the wall Charger.

Hello Kawase,

I would suggest you try charging the unit this one time by connecting it to the computer. I suspect that the charger may be defective if plugging the wall charger into the iPod has no effect on the low battery warning. If the iPod is able to be charged from the USB port on your computer that would tend to confirm that the charger is not working. If the iPod does not charge when connected to either the computer or the wall charger then you may very well have a another defective iPod.

Best Regards
Ken
