How do I put the plastic gear rack back in place, so that the bobbin drive will turn?

I think you're talking about the tire. The tire is made to pop off and get a replacement and put it back on. They're rubber so they stretch easily. The tire rubs against the hand wheel for your information.

Why am I hearing a roaring sound in my 2007 Lexus 350?

I am thinking that the noise is from a failed wheel bearing or possible cv joint failure
find yourself another service dealer as tire noise is either there or not there and rotation (if it is a faulty tyie ) would move to the new position
Here is a clue to consider
rotating tires is a ploy by the tire dealers to sell tires
have a wheel alignment done on the rear first and then the front and leave the tires alone
if it is a front wheel drive vehicle you will get 3 times the mileage out of the rear tires compared to the front drive tires and that is a big saving for you
next point -- radial tires continue to wear in the same pattern regardless of where they are put so how are you to know it it is a faulty tire construction or a need for a wheel alignment
third point --- many brands of tires are made as directional tires ( a directional arrow on the side wall) and cannot be rotated because they cannot be fitted on a wheel that rotates against the arrow
if they are the wear in pattern of the belts in the rubber is altered and may lead to tire failure ---the tread pattern is designed to remove maximum water and produce maximum grip in the direction of the arrow

Tire comes off of wheel

This could be a big wild guess on how the tire comes off on the wheel. But I'll try to help you this thing. I don't know if your bandsaw has adjustment bolt above the upper wheel and below the lower wheel, but in case there is , use these bolts to center the band saw. Well, this could also be blade tension adjustment. Tires should be a very tight fit and a struggle to get on.
Wait, was tired glued on? If not, reglue.
Is that an old tire? If yes, tire must be well worn out and time to invest new ones.
I recommend you to use this time urethane tires rather than rubber tires.
Rubber tires works fine but urethane tires last longer and doesn't need gluing. When you purchase a new tire, make sure that it is a couple of inches smaller than the wheel to stretch the tire. It is a good advice to slightly tilt the top of the drive wheels towards you. I've been purchasing urethane tire with Got one from them and still up running. Piece of advise also,Before installing the new tires, you double-check the surfaces of the pulleys to make sure the surfaces are clean and true.

Is there a special way to take the tires of a 2005 chrysler 300 touring all 6 lug nuts are off but tire still wont come off not even budge

we see this a lot. you need to get under the car and hit the back of the wheel to get them off this happens because of the oxidation between the aluminum wheel and the steel hub. if you can find one use a big rubber mallet.

Having problems w/ panther lx 4 mobility scooter Changing tires. Got wrong tires and had to put old ones back on but then the 2 pc rims were too big for the same tires that came off!

two piece rims are often VERY tight, and it can seem that they are too big for the tyres.
i tend to use a lot of washing up liquid to put these back together. it can be messy, but it makes the tyres slip on easier, and will not damage the rubber.

if you are not sure, or still cannot get the tyres on, try visiting your local bike shop. they should be able to help you out

good luck.

I want to repair one of the rear tires. How do I disassemble?

Hard rubber or plastic cap in center to be gently pried off, this will expose a C clip holding the wheel onto a splined shaft. Jack the mower frame up until the tire is off the ground. Remove C clip and then the wheel, being careful keep it, the washers, and the key in order. If you lose the key, which will fall out when you pull the wheel off, axle will not spin the wheel when you put it back together. Note tire can accidentally be put on backwards, so make sure you do not do that or you will rub a groove right through the tire. Mower tires cost more than car tires. Most tire shops can also fix large mower tires.

2002 Honda Accord - changing tire

ex: front tire= right behind tire there is a lip of metal that sticks down and there is about a 3 to 4 inch part right behind the wheel that has been reinforced. Put your jack right there so the grove on the jack sits in it nicely. Before you jack up the car loosen the lug nuts a bit then lift the car and finish the job.

Trying to take tire off to change the breaks on a 2002 deville,

if you got the lus off and the wheel is still stuck, it is probably corroded to the hub. Spray some penetrating oil or WD40 on it and let it soak in. Then you can use a rubber mallet to hit the outer part of the tire or wheel and see if you can shock it off. Or kick the outer edge of the tire.
If that doesn't work, put the lug nut on backwards until they just touch the wheel. Then drive back and forth while slamming on the brakes to see if you can break it loose. I spent 1/2 hour on just one tire/wheel.
Before putting the tire back on, sand and grease the hub.
