Go to Start, click Run, type main.cpl in the box next to Open, click OK.
Click the Hardware Tab.
You will see Devices connected to the Laptop.
Click on the touchpad or one by one the devices.
At the bottom of the window, check & select from the drop down list Enable/Disable the device.
Click Apply, then click OK.
