Please delete some phone memory & as well as memory card data. Batter take a backup & then delete.

Try to check your phone memory,if there are some files in your phone memory,move it to your memory card,if the problem still exists,try to type in your dialing screen *#7370# then key in your lock code,if you haven't change your lock code the default lock code is 12345
