Copystar 1635 Copier

I just plugged in a brand new Copystar 1635 copier and it is flashing an error code C-3100.
What does this mean and what can I do to rectify it?

Hello

C6000 is the code for a heat unit error. Either a lamp is defective, or a thermal fuse blown or maybe a thermistor (heat sensing device) is dirty or bad.
