Question about Televison & Video
The control processor of the tv has failed due to a power surge, either directly from the mains or because the power source of the tv has developed a failure - most likely a bad quality capacitor failed, shorted and the voltage to the processor spiked.
This is unfixable, the mainboard (on which the processor is soldered) must be replaced. On such an old tv i don't think it's worth it - time for a new one.

Problem will be the Main Board the one that has the tuner and AV outputs on it,where you connect cable too.

Also CK power supply baord for Bad capacitors they will be vented swollen or puffed up on Top if you see any that look like that they are bad.
