I went on to my computer and tried every thing that i could think of. I treid to delete the music from my sync list and that didn't work. While doing that my Mp3 was attached to the computer! I'm so conbfused woth this thing . O AND HOW DO YOU FORMAT YOUR COMPUTER?

When you plug it up to the computer right click on start. After that open up the RCA player file. Then it should say something about TCNANDO. Right click that, the format option will come up click it. Everything will be Gone
