Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
This is either a problem with the battery or the motherboard.
If you can find someone with a similar Toshiba you can try their battery in your laptop, if it works then it's obviously a problem with the battery itself and you'll need to order a new one.
If it doesn't work then it's a motherboard problem which can be pretty expensive to fix (hopefully you're still under warranty)

Testimonial: "Thanks. It's a good idea to try someone else's battery as no point in buying one and having the same problem."
Usually it is the battery went flat especially if u had your laptop for 3 years. Please test your battery if it is holding any charge.
One of the sign is when you plug in main battery, and your battery seems to charging, however when you remove your main, the computer shut down instantly.
But if you plug your main and the battery doesn't charge(the indication light won't lit), it might mean you have got a mainboard problem.
