Question about Westinghouse WWS833ES Super Capacity Top Loading Washer w/ Precision Wash System
When ending the wasing cycle and try to empty the bowl. I hear a buzzing noise and noting appen... the pump seen's ok.... buzzing noise seem's to come from where the hot and cold water come in.
Thank you to help me out with this!!
Sounds like you have a problem with the water solenoids (the electronic controlled water valves) the buzzing is an indication that it is trying to open or close and unable to do so. an electric current creates a magnetic field pulling a spring loaded valve sealed inside a tube allowing water to pass. it starts buzzing when it can't pull the valve all the way and just vibrates.
