My uncle gave me an i9 phone for a christmas present im just now trying to screw around with it... when i first plugged it in it said that the drivers failed to install. So i looked for them online but i had no luck finding any legit sites to download them from. I would call a support number or try and official website but i cant find one of those either i also checked the Getting started guide and other books that came with it they were all horribly translated into english missing phone numbers and a few words in every sentence. Plz help this is really annoying all i wanna do is put some music on the dang thing! Thanks.. ~Wriddler

Wriddler, I am sorry to inform you that i9 is a Chinese phone and will not have site or support for it. These sets are made in small factories and mass produced. Never take a Chinese set even if it is free.

Plug you memory card with a card adapter into the USB computer connection and drag music to the card. To find the memory card go to computer and look for it. Then just drag music from you library to you card. Good luck.

I have windows xp so i just click my song then right click.Then i send it to the drive my phone is presently plugged into(my computer).The music can go to 2 places in the i9.Into the phone which will be one drive and the memory card will be another drive.You can then move em around in your phone.A file can be in the documents and the other will be multimedia.

I9 phone does not recognize the USB connection with the computer
Plug in the phone while it is turned off. It should update the drivers. If that doesnt work turn off the phone and the computer. Plug the phone in to the computer and turn the computer back on.

Cect i9 Battery Won't Charge
i have a very similar problem. what i found is the battery does not fit tight in the phone, and the contact is lost at times. i solved my issue by placing a piece of paper, folded once, at the top of the battery, not the end where the three contacts are at. by placing the folded paper against the battery, as i place it in the phone, it makes a tighter fit, and the battery does not move inside the phone. i also think you could use clear christmas tape as well, just keep adding layers, untill you get a snug fit. i hope this helps, it's not a techinal solution, but it worked for me.

Cect i9 wont charge battery is fine
the issue is with the wall usb ac adapter just replace it (with a better quality one) and it should work, you can also charge the phone using your computer. Well... this fix worked for me.

You have to go to Verizon, I had the voyager and the S9 headset, the S9 didnt want to pair, so they checked the bluetooth witch was'nt working, so the gave me a new phone right then and their, and it worked fine!
