Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
These are the options you can try
1. Editing registry
Click windows icon--in search type regedit-hit enter. You will see registry editor window.
Go to the following location
when you will reach last location on the right side pane look for upper filter or lower filter. Right click and delete both those entries.
Restart the notebook.Check
2. Get Windows recovery media from store or call Hp tech support.You might need to purchase for $15 if you have not made one.Then have to reinstall windows.
