This is an electric 220 unit, so the most important thing is to find the breaker. First use a test light to verify the power is on and your test light works where you test from. Then throw the breaker. Retest to verify it is now off.
There is also a duct you will have to disconnect, and empty the grease traps. Then there are just small clamps around the edge.

To Lock Cooktop: Touch and hold the ALL OFF/LOCK keypad
