check heating element, on most dishwashers there is only one element, also if element is fine check thermal cut outs

take door outer panel off and dispenser is exposed. start cycle and with a multimeter, check power comes to the dispensor during the cycle. if you get power, then the dispensor is faulty. if no power, then the module is faulty

Found the problem after stripping down around the main pump area.
The air pipe connected to the pressure switch on the front right hand side is connected to a small plastic box which in turn is connected to the flow pipe that fills the machine,and the box was completely blocked with slug which stopped the pressure switch from operating and so prevented the water input solenoid from opening. Hence no water would come into the machine

Remove filter, drain sump out with cooking syringe to have a closer look you may well have some broken glass stuck between those fins or food stuff. That cover can also be removed with a T10 or T20 (Starhape) screw driver for a thorough search.Hope this helps
