Hey im trying to find out how to order reaplacement parts??

I jsut bought the sit n stand lx from once upon a child and i want new wheels and stuff like that!! anyone know where to order them????

    I agree, their customer service / telephone response is VERY bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You CAN NOT order parts on the website!

You'll have to go through the company directly. I just did the same to get some parts for my older sit and stand stroller and I'll tell you it is a HORRIBLE customer service program that company has! Don't even bother "registering" on their website- you can NOT order PARTS over the web. You must call them at 1-800-328-7363 and then hope you can get through to their "customer service" dept. Took me 18 minutes going through the phone tree over and over. You need to have the model and maufacturing info off the sticker on your stroller or they won't help you - took me 4 calls to get my stuff ordered.

Then you 1) order the parts, 2) send them a check or money order (NO CREDIT CARDS!!) and 3) wait 7-10 days AFTER they get the payment for the check to clear before they will ship anything to you!!! I am on day14 since I mailed the check (and a letter expressing my frustration over their antiquated phone sales system) and they just told me I am looking at 3-5 more days before the check clears and they'll get around to shipping.

My suggestion- don't bother owning anything Baby Trend after its warranty period. Go buy something that still works. This company touts on its website that it has been around for 25 YEARS and they STILL can't sell stuff to folks with credit cards?!?!?!

I just called 1-800-328-7363 and ordered a replacement child tray for our stroller and I actually was transferred to customer service within 1-2 minutes of being on the phone. They do require the Model # and Manufacturing date to continue, but I was near the stroller so that wasn't a problem. That info is found near the back of the frame on the inside on a white label. It is impossible to see without first folding your stroller. They still can't take credit cards, which is a bummer, but I'm not in a big hurry so am prepared to wait the 10 days for my check to clear.

Hi, I can help

You have a bad wheel bearing assembly.
The bearing is starting to seize up, and it is telling computer there is a problem in ABS system, as well as AWD system.

First thing is to locate which bearing it is in the front end of the vehicle.

1)Jack up each side of the front end, place a safety support stand or jack stand under frame of vehicle.
2)Once vehicle wheel is free from ground spin the wheel and listen for grinding.
3)Compare each wheel as you spin and make your best judgment on which is more noisy.
4)This is your problem wheel you need to remember which side of the vehicle is the source of problem when ordering the part from your local auto parts store.

To repair: Remove wheel, remove brake caliper, then brake caliper bracket, then the rotor, remove center axle nut, then remove bolts for wheel bearing hub assembly.
Your ABS and AWD lights will reset themselves upon successful test drive following repair.

The back wheels

There is a cap you need to remove. There is a clip you should pull up on with a pair of pliers. This releases the wheel. Once the clip is lifted the wheel slides off

I need a swiveling wheel 12" dia. or larger

You can try contacting Baby Jogger or BOB. They both have a parts department and you should be able to order one through them. Depending on what you need it for they may be hesitant to sell it to you for a non-stroller related problem but if you give them the model number of one of the strollers they do sell with 12" wheels, tell them its for the stroller, they shouldn't give you too much problem. Baby Jogger has the City series which has a 12' swivel front wheel. The model number is 65053. The number to contact them is 1-800-241-1848.

Where can I find a part for a allobaby stroller ?

I have an LX III Sit and Stand Stroller and the bench seat for the rear standing child broke. It is the plastic piece that holds the bench on that broke on one side so my child cannot sit on the bench anymore.

Sit N Stand LX manual help

For the Graco Snug Ride it should be set at position III, snap bar angle 1. Also, you can get the whole manual on the baby trend website. Here's the exact link if you need it. I had to do the same thing. Hope this helps.
