It depends on what you want to do, and how much you can buy it for .
For general purpose, web browsing , office this pc is fine
Its built in graphics chip will not play modern games, but should play older games.
I would not pay more than about $100 for the base unit

Yes for sure this is quite enough for the home use. When choosing a home system or office system it is important to understand your need , the configuration needed before you can decide.
Sometimes many buy sytems that are too much equipped and was not necessary.
So analyse your need and go on .
Hope this advice helps

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

HI........................

Using the "Personalization Panel" Program
notesmall1.png Note This will show you how to download and use the Personalization Panel program to add Personalization to the desktop context menu to be able to change the desktop background, Windows Color and Appearance, Sounds, and Screen Saver in the Windows 7 Starter and Home Basic editions.

This program does not add the desktop slideshow feature though. 1. Download and install the Personalization Panel program

2. When finished installing, you can now right click on the desktop and click on Personalization.

3. If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes.

4. From here you can select and set the Appearance and Personalization options you like. (see screenshot below)158605d1307509511t-desktop-background-change-windows-7-starter-personalize-1.jpg

At my office it was connected to a cable network of about 30 computers. I brought it home and I cannot connect it to our wireless service Vostro 200 It just keeps saying no connection, at first it said...

Hello,

I would recommend setting up a new connection for your home. Do this: Start>My Network Places. Once open, on the left side you will see Set up a home network connection. Click on this and follow the wizard's instruction.

Depending on the browser you are using, you need to reset your home page. Go to the web page you wish to use as you home page. Then go to TOOLS and COMPUTER OPTIONS. Once here look for "USE CURRENT PAGE AS HOME PAGE".
Below are the firefox and internet explorer pages. Just make sure you are on the page you want as your new homepage.

Laptop Cannot Find Home Wireless Network

Try logging into the router with your desktop hard-wired and find the 25-digit passcode and use that to log on to the wireless network with the laptop. If not, then check if connection is good by hard-wiring the router to the laptop. Let me know what happens or if you have solved the problem.

Home network w/ XP pro desktop and Vist Home pro laptop

So you want to remotely control your Desktop from your laptop from anywhere, correct?

Well only thing you need  is an internet connection, and you can access your desktop.

There are tons of software you can use to control your desktop remotely.

Here are some good ones:

Logmein free click that, that will link you to LogMein's free solution.

Logmein offers several solutions, the free is what I would use for you unless you wanted to pay.

Another very good one is:
RemotelyAnywhere click there, that is a very good software probably my favorite.

Those are the main 2 that you would like.

There are other ones more for more advanced users like:

Good luck!
