I am unable get credits on Facebook. I get this message: Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled. You will not be able to purchase or use Facebook Credits. For more information, please contact us. What do I need to do to activate the payemnts page again?

    I bought 1 item from the mystery gift and it took my fv cash and no gift,,then send me a message that i cannot buy anymore fv cash due to unusual activity ,,i have never had this problem before!,,and get my fv cash back that i never got the gift for,,and get this straighten out ASAP!

    I need to speak to accounting. I was contacted by netflix in approximately Nov. I never used the srv .Meanwhile the charges kept hitting my credit card.
    I would a credit to my acct for the entire amount. I am a senior citizen on a fixed amount. At the very least, I would expect that you would realize , your people would realize my account was not activated, let alone
    being used. Please cancel my account and return the deducted balance to my checking

    i used my husband bank card once on zynga poker for 10.00 and i used it for 10.00 on the game of happy pets. our bank informed us that we were being scammed on our account. i dont understand why i cant use my credits, i have not done anything wrong. could you please be more plainer when you say i cant use my credits? i know it is being investigated and charges will be filed, but isnt this something you should protect us from anyway? i enjoy my games and i would like to be able to keep playing them so please let me know if this is going to be a ongoing or just temporially. contact me on dodie95@yahoo.com or call 580-215-9202

    Just as "dodie 95 has had problems. I also have had the same problem twice in the past week. I have never had a problem in the past using any of my credit and/or debit cards. Why now? Please provide some answers to this dilemma.

I am unable to buy credits for my facebook...I would like to be able to purchase somethings on one of my applications. I have bought in the past and all was fine, but the last purchase I bought didn't go through. My husband and I opened up a new bank account and I forgot to update my pay pal with new account so my last payment did not go through. Pay pal has recently been updated and I would like to continue to purchase tokens...please fix for me...thanks!

    I am getting the exact same messages for my Frontierville account. Just want the darn horseshoes. My acct. was compromised through Paypal a few months back, but, that should have been over with, and now I cannot understand why I can't pay with a different card directly to Zynga. What's the scoop? Something's not right, here. At the same time, there are no answers being given here, either.

These credits were purchased with a game card for cash and not a credit card. I no longer use a credit card for purchases. I only use game cards.

    We are being scammed by the very people who want our business. Well i for one won't buckle to their inside scam!!!! Shame on you Facebook. I may just withdraw my membership all together. I will give it one week to cease and desist this FACEBOOK SCAM!!!!

    facebook and companies like zynga are a rule to themselves. Frequently facebook will disable accounts for no reason and not have the decency to even email you the reason or how to appeal. When they do finally get back in touch after a week or so they ask you to scan them id which i refused to do, mainly as account was not in my exact name but secondly why should I. I had emailed them from the email account registered. Anyhow after a while of wasting my time, I said to them either give me my account back or I shall claim all cash back from you.

    I am a keen mafia wars player and on an active account had recently spent in the region of £800. All of this cash was successfully claimed back via paypal, with me claiming facebook had disabled my account. Facebook offered no fight on their defence and the money was refunded, but then my main account which was linked with paypal is now not able to purchase credits or use facebook.

    But hey get them at their own game, all I can suggest and claim your cash back

I would like to bye credits for my game. I use my debit account Visa for this purpose. recently I boudth credits for Fronterville, but mistakenlly you charged it to my daugthe's Pay Pal account. We sometimes use the same computer. Please fix this.

Hello,

Since facebook deliberately disabled your payment function, I don't think you or anyone else would be able to activate the account except facebook. The payment function was disable for security reasons.

You need to contact facebook by filling the form on the below link. Under the "Description and steps to reproduce the issue" aspect of the form, type in that you want your payment function to be enable/activated.

Un-disable my acct. period! I just brought a facebook card, redeemed it on Cafe World. It gave me the facebook credits but I can't use any of it. I did this today, I use this so I don't use my credit card which I will not, it was hacked once already a few months ago. But I couldn't use the facebook credits 25 that I won before the hack happened.

Sounds like you have to contact facebook... Thats not a computer issue, I got that once before and had to email them for days.. When it happened to me it's because I spent to much money in a certain amount of time and they do that to protect you, Its just an abnormality.

This is either a false phishing message or someone has stolen your facebook ID. Do not answer the message but log onto www.facebook.com and verify the message.

Contact both paypal and facebook support. attach copies of the resolved issue from paypal to facebook. might take awhile but it should do the trick.

Perhaps you might have purchased something related to your games or another, when something is done excessive on facebook, we are warned and are banned or blocked or disabled. In your case it's also possible that you made a purchase and made the payment which is not related to you or to your account, but I myself can't make sure about it since I am not a facebook technical support. You can contact them using the enclosed form, if you have problem with that, you can use this one :
