If pressing it again doesn't do anything, rebooting might reset it. You may even be able to change it in the BIOS.

How do you open the wireless mouse for the MK320 so I can change the battery??

To change the batteries in your Logitech MK320 desktop keyboard and wireless mouse, simply turn the mouse over. Move the on/off switch to the off position. Press the battery button and slide off the cover. Insert the batteries negative side first. Replace cover. Turn mouse on.

How do i switch the channels on the router?

Hi susanwhitbou !
To change the wireless channel, type in your browser address bar : 192.168.0.1 If you haven't changed them, your username and password should be admin and blank. Next, when you see your router's setup page, press on Manual Configurations, and then on Wireless Setup. Now, in order to change the channel manually, untick the box that says Auto Channel Scan. After you'll do that, you will be able to change the channel by pressing on the drop down box that says Auto Channel Scan.
Hope that helps, omerk

I have router dir-635 and I can not contact my router...whats wrong

IT MIGHT BE THAT THE IP ADDRESS OF YOUR WIRELESS LAN CARD AND THAT OF THE WIRELESS ROUTER ARE NOT ON THE SAME SUBNET ANYMORE. TRY RESSETTING THE ROUTER BY PRESSING THE RESET BUTTON FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS. THEN RECONFIGUER THE ROUTER USING THE IPADDRESS 192.168.0.1 AND USERNAME : admin AND PASSWORD : admin

Wireless not working

I assume it's a laptop/notebook.
If so then there is a switch near the light that is on when the adapter is on. It will be a very small slide switch, on the front or side edge. Simply find it and slide to on. Or if it's already on then try pressing the fn key and f8 together, as this sometimes is a second wireless switch.
I hope this helps

Wireless

The Dell laptops have a service Tag number on the underside. Its normally 5 digits or so.. Go to www.support.dell.com and enter the tag number in there. Once it identifies your machine, there is a list which details the original system configuration. That will list a wireless card. (Truemobile) You may also be able to see whats in the CMOS by pressing the F2 key shortly after power-up.. Cheers. Pete
