hello i need map for my garmin nuvi 1350 for Middle east pls pls help me if you ... hey can you sent me a link for a USA garmin map update?
you need the book that is the glove box, called the operators guide
lost that in 1 year/.?
it's free to download
but this is USA forum with USA cars not middle East.
but here it is for free , it might work.
You will probably need a voltage converter. Unless you purchased the general export model with a switchable voltage power supply, your PMX2000 will have the power supply for the 120V 60 Hz electrical mains and a 10A H fuse. To confirm this, look on the back of the amp. I wish that I had better news for you. Cindy Wells
Check the power adapter, it may have an variable input voltage 110 to 220 AC volts, then you only need to get a travel mains voltage converter to suit the US mains outlet. Otherwise you need to buy a new Toshiba power adapter that operates on 110 AC volts.
no way in world you can find onther band any where ,i been looking for one for over a year,,canada ,usa, eurpe, middle east .far east you name no luck jus t keep looking at it you may feel good
I shipped my 2006 Yukon Denali from USA to Saudi Arabia. When I to purchase the Middle East map DVD for the navigation system. GM Navigation answered me that they do not have the middle east DVD and I should contact the European branch. The dealer in Saudi Arabia is asking for $1200 for the disc and I know it is worth no more than $400. Could you please direct me to someone who sells the 06 Denali navigation map DVD? Thanks..
AC voltage (alternating current) rapidly changes from +ve to -ve and back again. The frequency with which it changes each second is measured in Hertz (Hz for short).
The speed of an AC motor (which is what you have in the fridge's compressor) is dictated by the AC frequency.
What this means is that if you connect a motor designed for a 60Hz supply to a 50Hz supply (which is what you'll be doing) it will only run at 80% of its intended speed.
Whereas running it faster than intended might cause damage to the motor, running it slower is highly unlikely to.
The only real effect that you will see is that the fridge will take longer to initially get cold and the compressor may run for longer periods to maintain the temperature. There is a slim chance that the fridge may also struggle to achieve the coldest setting.
Changing the compressor is not a simple job and needs to be done by an expert as it involves re-gassing the system.
Personally, I would just use it as it is and see how you get on.
