Question about Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Smartphone
You will need to set the alerrt to indicate the arrival of a message. So please open menu settings- tones and activate the message tone to your requirement. The alerrt must now sound if not reset the phone to the factory default settings and it must work. If not there is a fault in the software and it must be reinstalled.
