- I have an Aurora AS501X-MS shredder. It's about 5 years old and has had minimal use. The paper isn't being grabbed and pull into the shredder blades. I really like this machine. I would like to know if i can bring it somewhere and have it repaired. Thank you.- janlylaAug 26, 2008

- Completely dead ...after about 2 mins use....was very hot ..slight burning smell?Have checked plug fuse ..was ok.
