There should be a cloth included with the TV as all flat screens come with one.If it didn't,you need to find one at a store. It is special fiber which is made to not scratch.Call around some stores or look online for them at stores near you.Probably most electronic type stores, radio shack, best buy,and stores like walmart, kmart, target may have them.Good luck! Greg P.S.Ours came with one.Maybe call Panasonic and ask if you were supposed to get one included.

Have a Panasonic PT-52LCX65-K projection tv. Have blue, red, green dots on screen when viewing tv programs and dvd's. Is there any way to clean the projection lense, if there are any. Or is this a more...

If your TV looks 3D, warped, or distorted it likely has a convergenge problem. If however it just looks dull, washed out, redish, or if it looks like objects on the screen have halos the fluid in the lens has soured. You can search google for parts or you can get the parts with repair instructions from sites such as www.TvRepairKits.com

Projection TV sets are known to have two common problems. The first problem that is common to these sets is convergence failure. When this happens the TV will usually look 3D, Wavy/Distorted, etc. It may also shutdown and blink an error code.

The second common problem with Projection TV sets is dull video, halos around objects, white looking video, or red overpowers the screen. This is commonly caused by the fluid in the lens being clouded overs.
