Yes,
It is possible to reset ur password. My advice will be ... Try to do it legally. If u can afford, pay to some good dealer / service person for doing the same. U may also find many password hack tools on the NET, but...most of them may be fake (infected by trojans)...be careful

IF u are determined to get it...Google for it ... Good Luck

Bye

Have a nice day.

I hope ... this solves ur problem. :)

How to hack admin password from guest in xp?

Nope. Must be an admin.
Lost Windows password:

  • Login as Administrator. Try with no password (load safe mode if you don't see Administrator). Press F8 during boot to access Safe Mode.
  • Login as other user (if other user is available) and manage users. Must be an administrator.
  • Reformat computer.
  • Use 3rd party software to remove password. Like http://www.top-password.com/reset-windows-password.html

There is a free boot CD called Hirens.

My pc just locks up and ican not get it un

If I read your explanation then it locks up and expects a password to be entered when it is left for a period without any keystrokes?

If this is a correct interpretation then a password has been set in trhe screen saver.

Go to CTRL PANEL Parental Controls for each icon that you have set up Guest...Admin... yours and any other..remove the password.or change it to something you can remember.

Please rate my help++++Thanks for using FIXYA

Each one can be set up with a password to log on

Cant login to computer because I forgot the admin password. i can sign in as guest with limited access.please help me

Boot your computer into Safe Mode. It sometimes varies, but the typical way on most WinXP

based machines is to strike the F8 key during P.O.S.T. Once the drivers load you need to

access the Command Prompt. START / ALL PROGRAMS / ACCESSORIES / COMMAND

PROMPT. A new window will appear.

At command prompt, type "control userpasswords2" and press Enter to open the Windows 2000-style User Accounts application.

On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password To Use This Computer check box and then click OK.

In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user name and password for the account you want to be
logged on each time you start your computer.

This is also an opportunity to set a new Administrator password.

I cant seem to change back to my admins

Have you tried::
  • Windows key + "R" less the quotes;
  • in the Run window, type "cmd" less the quotes;
  • Ctrl + Shift + Enter instead of pressing Enter or OK button;
  • in the Command Prompt window, type "net user Administrator /active:yes" less the quotes;
  • press Enter;
  • try switching user or reboot if necessary.
Pls post back result(s).
