Question about Nokia 5300 Grey Cellular Phone
What you need to do is go to settings then call then call divert, and then cancell all diverts. This should hopefully solve your problems once you have done this you can choose what call diverts you want to use. Such as when the phone is off (divert if not available)
If you don't have signal it is probably the arial and will most likely need replacing.
If you need further assistance let me know!!

The volumen is max. The profile is "general" and diverted phone calls are disabled.
I can't hear anything, incoming phone calls or music, through the external speaker but everithing is working ok if I use headphones.
I thing it needs to be repaired but, does anybody know if I should try something else before send it to Nokia Care?
Thank you
