Open following link to identify Intermatic trippers and product number.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-trippers-and-parts.html

Intermatic store sells the trippers
http://www.intermaticstore.com/

Also web search for the tripper number, since many places sell them besides Intermatic store.

WHERE CAN I FIND DIRECTIONS TO PROGRAM TIMER #0148373

Open following link to correctly identify product:
http://cgi.ebay.it/UTILITECH-2-OUTLET-TIMER-0148373-15-AMP-LOT-OF-4-/290468257053

Utilitec 0148373 timer is plug-in type timer.
Set on-off times by moving pins.
Pins are located on dial and stick up. They can be moved back and forth like stick-shift on car.
See example of pins at following link:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#Pins-tabs

Instructions:
Turn ON lamp.
Light bulb is good.
Plug lamp into timer.
Plug timer into outlet.
Move some pins outward.
Then manually rotate dial clockwise to watch how lights turn on-off.
That will tell you if lights turn on or off when pins are set outward.

To set current time, rotate dial clockwise until current time lines up with arrowhead located on inner dial.
Dial turns as time passes.
Lever on top of timer is moved to 'Timer'

I have A Time All Model TB 211 and need to learn how to set the time with the pins. Have no manual. Using for my Xmas lites, on and off. Outdoor use.

There are two 2 basic types for mechanical timers: Pins and segments

geno_3245_149.jpgTimer pins flip in and out using fingernail.

geno_3245_150.jpg Timer segments lift up using small tool or fingernail

geno_3245_151.jpg Sometimes segments pull outward away from center

To check timer functions after setting pins or segments, manually rotate dial to and watch lights turn on and off.

Whwere are the pins to set the tomer on the 59204 model? Thanks

Woods 59204 is a plug-in timer rated for 1250Watts incandescent
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html

The pins are 48 'segments' located around outer edge of dial;
Segments pushed toward center of dial = timer OFF for that 1/2 hour
Segments pushed out = timer ON for that 1/2 hour

I need instructions for how to set a 24 hour mechanical General Purpose timer. My model #15075

GE 15075 manual:
http://www.jascoproducts.com/support/manual-downloads/applications/DocumentLibraryManager/upload/Plug-In-15075-Manual-eng.pdf

GE 15075 is a plug-in timer.
Before you plug it in, set the timer so you're not bent over at the receptacle.
Rotate dial until current time lines up with triangle located on inner dial.
There are movable pins located around the dial.
These pins cause the timer to turn on and off.
Pins out = timer on
Pins in = timer off
plug in your lamp and the timer turns on and off.
After power outage, set current time again.

I have the GE Plug in Mechanical Timer Model 15119. I have the pins pulled up on the white side at 5 and on the black side at 5 and the side setting on the timer position. Yet when I plug it in the wall...

We had the same problem when we first tried to set our timer. Although we have a newer model, this might work for your timer as well. The pin for each 1/2 hour interval that you want the device to be "on" must be pushed toward the perimeter of the dial, not the center of the dial. For each 1/2 hour interval that you want the device off, the pins should be pushed toward the center of the timer. Don't forget to move the arrow on the dial to the current time just before plugging in the timer. Be sure the switch on the side of the timer is moved to "timer on", the override is "outlet on" for when you want your device to come on during the time that the timer is set to have your device turned off.
