you wont download it. Do the fllowing step.
1.control panel->system->hardware->DEVICE MANAGER
2.uninstall your driver
3.restart you computer
4.on tray icon a balloon come with a MSG of 'found new hardware'
5.click on it
6.select your driver from it .then select suitable option
if you still have problem buy a you op(win xp,vista,7..).using that disk repair you computer.

Problem with the LG GP08NU20 DVD±RW Burner
In lost the installation software to my LG portable super multi drive. Model # GP08NU20. Can I download the installation software?
Google (or other search) LG GSA-60L Super Multi DVD Burner + drivers -- then go to the website and usually you can download them if the unit is reasonably recent.
I had the same problem - no audio on DVD's with my LG super multi drive. Someone here suggested downloading VideoLan VLC. I did and it solved the problem. But now I wonder how much of the LG stuff I downloaded when I installed the multi drive is still necessary. It was a lot of stuff!
You definitely should call LG--your new gaget isn't working, and it is under warranty. Or try going to their website to see if they have any software upgrades--sounds like you have a bummer, and perhaps a reinstall from their website will do the trick.
