Hi,
Checkout the regulator and replace it...that is what controls the gas pressure to the burners

Pilot lights are lit gas flow is low top of burners are lit bottom of burners are not

Anytime a gas burner is only half lit, I start to look to clean the burner. More than likly the gas ports are clogged and impeding gas flow. Try cleaning and see if that improves. Work of caution, if you clean, need to wait 24 hours to try. Any moisture will stop gas flow. Good Luck

What modified exhaust system is best

exhaust systems are more complex than just sticking on any old thing
exhaust systems that are "mandrel bent) have a smoother flow of exhaust gas
systems that have a balance pipe between banks is a must but the balance pipe has to be of a particular size
to understand an exhaust system you have to have some understanding of how it works
yes--- it takes the exhaust gas out the back and sounds real good when it is loud and if that is all you want then any system will do the job
the fact is , exhaust systems when operating correctly are designed to move the gas at such a speed so as to have the low pressure shock wave return to the exhaust valve at the moment when it is opening and so the compression gas exits into a low pressure are
this low pressure shock wave is created when the high pressure of the expanding gas in the exhaust reaches the end of the pipe and explodes into the air. This creates a low pressure in the pipe behind it which then travels back up the system to get to the exhaust valve at the precise moment it opens
Now if the system is too long, too big or has too many bends or wrinkles in the bends, that movement of the low pressure is lost to the exhaust valve and so the gas escapes into a pressure area
in effect exhaust gas flows as a pulse as each exhaust valve is opened in succession
this pulse is what is heard as a loud noise from a bad system
it indicates a system that is not getting fully performance from the engine
another point --- exhaust gas noise echoes in a pipe as like ripples from a stone dropped in water
to have an efficient exhaust system that is quite , that principle has to be acknowledged and the system muffler silences that echo without affecting the gas flow
that is why a muffler works as it shuts down the echo out the pipe but it also blocks the gas flow
items fitted such as "hot dog " type mufflers absorb and the way such a muffler is fitted depends on the amount of echo captured the echo with out affecting the gas flow
so now having some understanding of the purpose of an exhaust system , you should be able to select a performance enhancing system with out the noise problem that will attract the law enforcement agencies
the cost is no guarantee of performance but design suited to the car is

Low gas to burner

turn off gas source, check gas line for possible blockage to that 3rd burner, sometimes when we cook food with liquid , such as sauces or soups , then tend to overflow and get into the burners and the gas lines causing a blocked gas line, where the lower half of gas line is filled with liquid,,,

Air energy electric pool heater shows low pressure, low temperature and will not turn on

low pressure will either be gas or water. technician with a manometer can check gas inlet and manifold pressure. ensure adequate water flow from pump. pressure switches generally close at 2psi. you can jump the pressure switch if you think its faulty, or use ohm meter and check continuity of pressure switch

I have pyromaster gas logs that has low gas flow

Sounds like a ventilation problem... they're not getting enough air. That's a real safety problem. Make sure they have enough fresh air, and that the room itself does also. This issue is a major safety problem, and if more ventilation does not fix the issue, stop using it! Gas burners are not supposed to stay on without a flame present!

Kenmore gas dryer, very low gas flow at orifice. has new coils, all sensors check ok. ignitor works, only sufficient flow for a pilot-like flame. Possible plugged or restricted gas valve?

possible, with safety in mind make sure you got enough gas pressure at the main pipe. if you got natural gas the pressure is about 4psi. if LP Gas is about 12psi.

Troubleshooting amana gas grill

From a tag that came with the grill -

"To ensure proper gas flow, all of the burner control valves MUST be off before opening the LP cas cylinder valve.

When turning on the LP gas cylinder valve, make sure to open the valve SLOWLY two complete turns to ensure proper gas flow.

All LP tanks now come equipped with a leak detection device internal to the tank, when gas is allowed to escape rapidly it will restrict the gas supply to the appliance. Opening the valve rapidly may simulate a gas leak, causing the safety device to activate, restricting gas flow and causing low flames or poor ignition.

Opening the valve slowly will insure this safety feature is not falsely triggered."

I would guess you triggered the tank failsafe inadvertently.

Gas range

First I would check and make sure the gas shut off (at wall) is turned all the way on. If that doesnt work you may have something clogging the gas line or gas valve may need replacing. goodluck
