four power wires, used mainly in CCTV installations. The cable may power distant cameras (each two wires can be connected in parallel), or be used for cameras equipped with audio module (one pair can power the camera, second - transmit audio).

What causes the sound to cut for a few seconds?

Hi i just would to know if you did try to connect your TV by HDMI to test if your optical output of your reciever/amplifier have some problem. In second time yes maybe you can have an overheating problem, just take a look at your grid and maybe a clean-up will be necessary. I don't think your amplifier have a fan.
Don't hesitate to contact me here in this post. have a nice day.

My Clarion APX480M marine amp cuts out at random

try to unplug each speaker one by one while playing it. There can be a defective speaker that grounds out at the speaker terminal or internally causing the amp to go into protection causing all the speakers to go out.

2009 Suzuki SX4, word TELEPHONE displays as radio cuts out

my 2009 does that when my blue tooth phone that is paired to my gps device is in operation. when receiving or placing calls my gps uses the radio as a hands free device. it mutes the radio so the call can be heard. don't know why it would be doing that if you didn't set it up that way, but that is the purpose.

Sound cuts out frequently for a few seconds

Its possible this could be resolve without taking the tv back. Make sure it's not the source. IE cable box, xbox or ps3 etc. Try swapping out wires. If all else fails, then one board should be the culprit. I believe (If my memory serves me correctly) the name of the board in the A-board. The input board. If its under warranty, then you may want to call for service.
