Chances are that the magnetron has gone out. If a fuse was blown, you wouldn't have power. If you run it by an appliance repair center, they could tell you if the magnetron was out, and how much it would be to replace it.
I had a couple like this, and it was the magnetron both times.

Turntable does not spin, no heat

HV fuse has failed. Possibly caused by door switches or Diode Pack failure. Do not attempt a repair unless you are competent to do so. Extremely hazardous voltages inside!

Emerson microwave MW8103SS not heating up.

If the turntable in not turning, it's probably be a bad door switch or door switch mount.

If the turntable does turn, then it is probably a bad connection or component in the high voltage section.

Microwave light comes on and turntable revolves when food is put in, but it doesn't heat food up. Food remains cold, can you help? thanks Dee

9 times out of ten it is the magnatron that has gone bad, that is the device that creates the microwaves for heating the food. Check inside the cabinet for fuses and if none found or blown then it is the magnatron. These are available widespread but most cost about as much as a new oven, so do a google search on your make and model of microwave and search for a magnatron for that unit. This will bring up parts suppliers and their prices and you can decide if it is worth fixing or replacing

Hello, I had my RCA rmw 1199 for about 4 months and it just stopped working. Nothing happened to it, it was just in the middle of microwaving and it stopped. We've never been able to get it to operate ever...

Unplug it fully then recheck....Could also be a thermal fuse has gone creating a duel problem with the turntable and Magnatron Heating device ,a cheap fix providing its just a fuse but not advisable to do self repair due to High Voltages within the unit...good luck

Less then a year old, the microwave has power, spins the turntable, light inside is on, there is just no heat at all in the food or drink we put inside. Is it a fuse or something else?

may want to check the thermal fuse on the magnetron or the magnetron itself.... the magnetron and the thermal fuse is located behind the control panel ... the magnetron is what actually does the heating and there is a thermal fuse/limit usually attached to the side in case it gets to hot or shorts out... good luck to you

Light and turntable work, but it won't heat

There is a fuse in this microwave. The fuse is difficult to get to.
But i do not think it is this fuse. You have lights and the carousel
spins. This sounds like the thermostat or the magnetron tube that
creates the heat.

Whirlpool MH1150XMB-0 runs but does not heat food

If the housing of the unit isn't too difficult to remove (normally 3-5 Phillips screws around the rear edge), with the unit unplugged of course, check for a user replaceable fuse inside. The magnetron is separately fused and fuses can fail due to metal fatigue. It will be high amperage; 10-20 amperes and many hardware stores will have them. BTW, there is no residual radiation from a magnetron that isn't operating.

Lights up counts down and thats it no fan no spin no heating

I believe that there are to fuses inside this unit. One feeds the electronic components and the other feeds the turntable and the magnitron. Un plug the unit and check both fuses, you might get away with this cheaply. Please let me know if this helps. P.S. if one of the fuses continues to blow its time to get rid of the unit, because if they go bad they get stronger and very dangerous. What normally would boil water at 3 minutes could change to 45 seconds. Be careful.

Dacor dcm24s.light, fan, and control panel work but turntable and heat do not

Most likely the bottom door switch. Dacor units are built by Sharp and that switch is a very common problem. You'd either need to check the switch with an ohm meter or remove the cover of the switch to see if it's burned inside.
