Question about Canon MX700 Office All-In-One InkJet Printer
Thanks for using FixYa. To reset the printer turn it off and disconnect all the cables from/to it from the power socket, PC and mains. Let the printer sit for more than ten minutes and turn it on and print a test page. I hope you have also cleaned the print head. If not then take a hot water soaked towel with the printer unplugged and the cartridges out, clean it till the time you see there is no ink residue on the towel. If the issue is not resolved, then uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers. If still the issue is not resolved then most probably the print head has gone bad and required to be replaced. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
