Question about Kodak EasyShare Z730 Digital Camera
Please try to format your memory and try recording once again. Try to reset the camera if there is one mentioned in your brochure.If the fault does not clear put the camera on for some time-- specially if you have kept it off for sometime.
If these tips wont work, then it is possible that the CCD has failed provided that you are not able to take even photos.

Reset the camera to the factory settings from the menu ..and after that try to shoot again a video and see if it works ....cause I suspect that you messed some settings into it ...probably for the exit format or ...something ...
If the video plays back fine in the camera but after downloading is not playing right into computer ..than the issue is from the lack of proper codex to decode the video ...
I will recommend this codex to be sure that in the future you can see almost all mpeg and divx formats ..
