Sir, i have purchased a soroo 2gb mp5 player from china but whenever i put songs in it, it plays only 10-13 songs and for other songs it shows INVALID FORMAT ...? what can i do.?

on your computer check the file format of 10-13. it could be different than the rest of your audios. if this is the case there are many free audio converters. just simply convery the other ones to the same format as 10-13. make sure your download is lagit! hope this helps!

My sansa c250 music folder is empty

Actually after some searching it is VERY easy to manage the c250, you just have to know how to connect it. You must connect it to read as MSC format. To do this, put on the hold feature and press and hold the rewind/previous track button as you connect it. This will open it up as a removable disc. So just drag and drop whichever songs you want from the MUSIC folder. You may also delete individual songs that are already on there. Hope this helps, works for me.

Cant deleat songs

Re format the player. It thinks that you deleted parts of the other songs. They do this from time to time. Go under Pearl options, and select format. It will delete all current songs, but when you load the new ones, they will play better.

Why cant i put songs i removed back on

This player can only handle songs that are in a specific bit rate - lower it to the rate suggested in your product specs. Go to RCA's website if you have lost the documentation. Corrupt file systems can usually be solved with a firmware upgrade (also at RCA's website), but if that fails:
There are two ways to format an Mp3 player - one on the computer itself, and one in Windows Media Player. Both methods will end up erasing all the songs on the player, but the player will be "good as new" after that. Sometimes reformatting in this manner will override the player's native formatting and cause problems - this can be reversed in most cases by updating the player's firmware. Firmware upgrades are available from most manufacturers' websites.

WARNING: The following procedures will erase all songs on the player.

Check if the file system is NTFS. If yes, format it to FAT or FAT32. - Connect player to computer, double-click my computer, right click on icon of mp3 player and select format. This only applies to Windows-based computers.
You can also format the player in Windows Media Player itself:
Connect your Mp3 player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "name of Mp3 player here 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
