Unfortunatly this code (1000-0146) is the telling you that your hard drive has failed, it will be hard to retreive any data from the drive, to have it done proffesionally will cost as much as a new computer, If the laptop is still under warrenty you should be able to get a replacement. They may be able to retreive any data from the computer.
