You have to contact the manufacturer and give them the serial number of your unit and they should be able to give you the code. That is of course the the code is not prtogramable, in which case you need to find out what the code was.

Radio in 7safe mode on Vauxhall omega

You need to re enter the code, ignition on, hold AS button till bleep, use preset buttons to enter code, press AS again. If you don't know the code DONT TRY TOO MANY TIMES as it will disable radio permanently after too many wrong attempts (not sure if it becomes scrap after 10 wrong attempts) in any event it will increase delay as you get more wrong.

I have a vauxhall omega 2.2 gls i have put a new battery on and it is asking for the code, i took the radio out and there was a four digit number on the top the highest number is 8 but the radio only goes...

The exact Code Entry Instructions will depend on the radio make + Model

Find yours on this free list

The normal method of entering a four digit code is to keep pressing Preset Button 1 until the first digit is displayed...then keep pressing Preset 2 , then 3 , then 4 then often press 5 or 6 to store the code in the radio

2002 vauxhall omega car stereo code

This is dealer, or authorized service only. In some models, they have to change the EPROM with a new code. Many of the manufactures made their radios in a way that the code is not recoverable. If the dealer can recover the code, then the thiefs may also be able to recover it!

The auto dealers in the area where I live charge about $80 to $120 for a new EPROM in their radios. The price depends on the model.
