these are now a redundant range parts are no longer available and a good thing too as they cost the earth to run. gas ones cost more to run than oil. try "top of the range ltd" for a solution

the replacement burners seems to not to be set up right. the chap should have had a analiser to make sure the settings are right.you need to call in a pro with the right kit and someone who knows how to use it. your cooker can kill when running like this do not use it

Could you tell me if an oil fired rayburn will run ok on red diesel, I live in spain and kerosene is not available. thanks peter williams

if it is wick burner it will not work. if it is a single pj a gas oil burner can be fitted that will work. if a twin pj then it will work if you turn up the fuel pressure to 12 bar

Oven lights on low flame but will not come up on high flame .cannon chester cooker.suspect by pass is not working. Do I need control knob/thermostat with the phial. Thanking you.

all gas range ovens have a small metal box in the back upper area of the broiler burner; a gas line runs into this box as do two wires; this is a "flame control " gas valve; the way it works is: after the pilot has been lit as you turn the oven temp control a heating element in the box causes a small valve to open allowing a larger amount of gas into the oven burner to ignite the whole burner If you can only get pilot flame on high replace this valve

Low and Slow heating to temperature on grill

Hello,

Here are some tips:
Check: The excess flow safety device, which is part of the barbeque to cylinder connection, may have activated.

Fix: To reset the excess flow safety device turn all burners control knobs and the cylinder valve OFF. Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. Turn burner control knobs to HIGH. Wait at least 1 minute. Turn burner control knobs OFF. Reconnect the regulator to the cylinder. Turn cylinder valve on slowly. Then use your like you normally do.
Now the line is purged.
