I'm getting crazy with this: I've on my sons room, the above TV! Yesterday I tried to access the menu, to enter new channel, but I can't see the menu, at least the ALL part of it! I've done almost everything: - Press MENU button for 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds and more! - Press Power and Menu button together! - Access menu service (witch by the way you can access by pressing, with TV off, the following buttons - INFO + MENU + MUTE + POWER ON) - A lot of other combinations buttons... :S - Even the test of disconnect cable from PC, but the message doesn't appear totally, only a bar on the top! Should appear something like "no connections" or something like that!
So, I'm a little lost on this! If anyone can give me some suggestion...

All computer monitors, whether they are LCD or CRT style, have a built-in feature called the on-screen display (OSD) lockout that prevents users from viewing any images on the monitor. If your computer screen has accidentally been set to the OSD lockout setting, there are several ways you can remove the lockout.
Power off your computer and then remove the monitor cable from the port on the back side of the computer case. Reattach the cable and make sure the pins are correctly screwed in. Power the computer back on and check to see if the OSD lockout message is still being displayed. Check the manual that came with your computer or monitor and locate the troubleshooting section if you are still receiving the OSD lockout message. Find the OSD lockout heading and read the method that your particular model uses to remove the lockout. Attempt generic lockout removal procedures if you no longer have the manual that came with your monitor. Press and hold the "Menu" button located at the bottom of your monitor for 15 seconds and wait to see if the OSD lockout message disappears. Press the "Menu" button again if the lockout message remains on the screen. Use the arrow buttons to navigate through the main menu options. Highlight the "Settings" or "OSD Menu" option and then hit the Menu key again to access the new list of settings. Scroll down to the "OSD Lock" heading. Use the arrow keys to change the setting to "No." Hit the Menu key again to return to the main menu. Scroll to the "Exit" setting and then hit the Menu key a final time to exit the menu setting and remove the OSD lockout.
utility will enable you to reset the password of any user that has a

Hold the MENU button for ten seconds to unlock or lock the OSD.
This information is from your manual for the L194WT:
This function allows you to lock the current control settings, so that
they cannot be inadvertently changed. Press and hold the MENU button
for several seconds. The message "OSD LOCKED" should appear. You can
unlock the OSD controls at any time by pushing the MENU button for
several seconds. The message "OSD UNLOCKED" should appear.
A)Plug in the monitor, and power it up. Hold down the power button until you get a message saying “OSD Unlocked”. If the problem persists after OSD is unlocked, unplug the monitor from the wall, wait 20 seconds, and try again.
B)Turn on the monitor, and hold down the Menu button for 10-20 seconds. This should unlock the OSD.
C)Turn off your monitor. Press the Menu button, and turn on the monitor. Wait 10-20 seconds. This should unlock the OSD.
D)The Menu button could be stuck in a pressed down position. To get it “unstuck,” you’ll usually need to open up the monitor. This could be tricky unless you know what you’re doing. Unfortunately there are too many models of monitor for me to provide detailed instructions. If you have a warranty this is where you want to contact the manufacturer.
