As the wiring on aftermarket signals is not standardized, you will need to determine which wires are ground, running, and turn respectively. If you can disassemble the signal, the ground will be connected to the outside of the socket, and the other two will be running and turn. If you cannot disassemble the signal, or have access to a multimeter, you can determine which wire is ground by checking continuity between the outer socket and wires. Your stock green wire is the ground, and the orange/white is running light. If when you hook the wires up, your running light is brighter than the turn signal, switch the leads.
Hope this helps.

Left Turn signal wiring color does not match wiring schematic?

Honda uses Green for ground, and orange and light blue for turn signals.
A white tracer on the front turn signal wire is for the running light.
It is possible that a replacement turn signal may not have the same wire colors as the original.

Replacing front turn signal socket on 1990 dodge shadow

Okay. Hook black to black.
Green to green with white stripe.
Yellow to red with white stripe.
That should work. Nothing is going to blow up if it's wrong. It just won't work.

Note:
using an optional snap on wire harness adapter will simplify the wiring. Most snap on
wire harness adapters have already converted and color coded the wires from the auto
makers in dash wire harness to match typical aftermarket radio wire colors.
** The wire colors listed in the chart above are typical for these vehicles during these years
but may not be the exact colors for this vehicle. This is another reason to use a snap on
wire harness adapter. **
